Project Policies

Scope and proposal

Every project begins with a written scope that identifies the pages, features, content responsibilities, revision rounds, price, and expected timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted before it is added, so there are no surprise charges.

Deposits and payment

Each applicable offer shows one clear project price before the client commits. Starter One-Page is $399 and is paid in full before work begins. Larger packages normally begin with a 50% deposit based on the selected package price, with the remaining balance due before launch or transfer. A proposal may set a different schedule when a project has unusual requirements.

Revisions

A revision round is one organized set of feedback on the work shown. The number of included rounds is listed in the selected package and proposal. New pages, new features, or a major change in direction are not revisions and may require a separate quote.

Client content and approvals

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information and any logo, photos, licenses, policies, or claims they want published, unless the proposal says otherwise. Clients must have permission to use the material they provide and approve final wording and details before launch.

Timing and project pauses

Timelines depend on timely content, access, and feedback. If required material or approval is delayed, the launch date may move and the project may return to the next available production opening. Any restart terms will be stated in the proposal before work begins.

Domains and third-party services

Clients pay domain registration, hosting not included in the proposal, paid software, fees charged by customer-owned payment or booking providers, and other third-party charges directly. CTX Website Pros can help connect these services, but their availability, pricing, and policies remain controlled by their providers.

SEO, analytics, Meta, and Google services

Website packages do not include SEO, analytics, Meta Pixel, or Google Business Profile work unless the proposal lists that service or a Complete Online Presence package. Search rankings, traffic, leads, and advertising results cannot be guaranteed. Analytics and Meta work require customer-owned accounts, appropriate access, and any privacy or consent choices the customer is responsible for making. Google Business Profile work is available only to eligible businesses, and Google may require the customer to complete verification directly.

Google Business Profile itself is available from Google at no extra cost. Any amount charged by CTX Website Pros is an independent service fee for the setup, optimization, reporting, or handoff work stated in the written proposal. CTX Website Pros is not Google, does not guarantee verification or placement, and keeps the customer as an owner of the profile. Review Google's Working with a third party notice before authorizing profile management.

Launch and ownership

The final website launches after included revisions are complete, written approval is received, and the final balance is paid. The proposal identifies what is transferred to the client and any licensed tools, fonts, images, or services that remain subject to third-party terms.
